PlanHorizon was founded in 2006 and initially traded as OpRiskSolutions. All partners are still part of the team.

Over 200 successful projects have been completed in the areas of Enterprise Project Portfolio Management, Demand Management, Ressource Management, New Product Development, Customer Service Management and Field Service Management.

Revenue and number of employees are increased steadily over the years.

Some of Germany’s largest companies as well as, midsized market-leaders are among our customers. We focus on the Aviation & Aerospace, Automotive, Pharma and High-Tech industries.

PLANHORIZON TEAM

We are a dynamic, multi-cultural team of many nationalities.

Like in other areas of life we believe it is important to have the “right mixture” to be successful. Therefore our teams consist of technical IT Consultants and Developers with expert-level IT and ServiceNow skills, as well as, Business Consultants with strong methods and industry knowledge.

Since our beginnings in 2006, many people have joined our team but only few have left. In cooperation with the Technical University of Darmstadt we work with students during their studies and their Bachelor or Master thesis. Many of them stayed with us after successful completion of their studies.

We offer flexible work conditions and pay attention that no colleague has to suffer from too much stress or too many working- hours. We believe that the best way to make our customers successful is with a stable, motivated and experienced team.

In past years Team PlanHorizon has competed at several sports events - we are always up for a challenge. During our annual sailing events several teams have the chance to compete and test their sailing and team skills. Some years ago some a team from PlanHorizon crossed a part of the Sahara desert by hiking.

PARTNERSHIPS AND COOPERATIONS

As partner of ServiceNow we implement solutions based on the Servicenow IT Business Management and Customer Service Management solutions. We develop apps and business solutions based on the Servicenow Platform for our customers.
As a member of GPM we are actively taking part in theinternational PM-Community and make sure that our customers benefit from new developments and practices in PM.

As a member of ProStep iVip we are involved in the ongoing development of process-standards and best practices for the Automotive and Aerospace industries.

We are supporting member of the PMI Frankfurt Chapter.

PLANHORIZON IN EDUCATION & RESEARCH

Apart from the work with our customers we are active in education and research. We are regularly holding guest-lectures in the areas of Project Portfolio Management, Demand Management and Product Development Processes at the Technical University Darmstadt and the University of Frankfurt.
In our Student Program we foster and supervise Bachelor- and Master Theses in co-operation with our customers.
Many of our students join our company after the successful completion of their studies.
